Defendants need a co-signer to post the bond on their behalf.

Co-signers are responsible for getting the defendant to each court date on time.

THE CO-SIGNER & DEFENDANT SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING

  • A Recent Utility Statement (statement can’t be more than 45 days old).
  • Proof of employment (paycheck within the last 30 days)
  • Texas Drivers License or Valid ID
  • Provide Proof of US Citizenship
